I've had the pleasure of working with Ben on two different teams during our time at Riot. He has incredible intuition around what players will find fun and holds his work to that high bar. For some developers that can mean slow iterations, but Ben is able to produce iterations very quickly. On our team he was someone we highly trusted on work that needed a lot of iteration and nuanced feel to land such encounter, balance, and combat design.
